Looks like we are getting an Elden Ring movie from A24 directed by Alex Garland.

Really interested to see what they do with this and if they tell a new story in that world or try and make a story out of the game.

I beat that game and at no point really felt like I had a good grasp of what was going on story wise.

I'm with you. Loved the game, but have no interest in reading 200 item descriptions to work out what might have been going on.

Would be interesting to see what story they would tell in the Lands Between. Literally the story of the game? Or maybe a story from the lore of the Lands Between focusing on Marika and all her children.
