Searched and didn't see a thread about this one. Owen Wilson plays a washed-up former pro golfer who takes a young phenom golfer under his wing. Anyone else watching this? Kind of enjoyed the first two episodes but it kind of lost its appeal in the third when they introduced the young girl/former waitress character (she played the mobster's daughter and girlfriend of Bryan Cranston's son in "Your Honor").
I'm usually hyper-critical of sports movies. At least the kid seems to have a fairly legit golf swing. But they have these crazy sound effects that make every one of his drives sound like it's shot our of some kind of cannon.
