I didn't even know his retrial was taking place. The jury found him guilty of one count of forcible criminal sexual acts, acquitted him on another, and are still deliberating on 3rd degree rape charges.

The foreman has sent multiple notes to the judge saying there are jurors who are talking about prior allegations, things they heard in the media, and other things that were never presented at trial as well as jurors bullying/mistreating other jurors. Judge has been refusing the defense requests to grant a mistrial.

He was granted a new trial after an appellate court found that is first trial was not a fair process as the judge allowed inadmissible testimony.
