Again, not saying any of those are the more likely scenarios, I've just never understood the urge to pillory someone based on limited info, when in a few days or weeks the facts will come out anyway and there will literally be forever to do that if it's warranted.
He had people standing at the opening of a tunnel to film his ferrari flex (none of which who seemed to speak English natively -- the video in question calls them "car enthusiast" lol.) and ended up killing not just himself, but his passenger....
Either way, he was driving recklessly and that resulted in 2 deaths.
The "lot of things" you think could have been different was his reduced speed in a hyper car AND not trying to do this completely on purpose with the aim of gaining online clout.
He was ejected pretty quickly from the vehicle and can be seen nearly hitting the barrier on the opposite side of the video, crossing the left-hand lane. He wasn't burned in the fire, he was meat-crayoned almost immediately after the impact, if you pay attention.
