What are some music videos that made you like songs more?

I already liked "Sabotage" by the Beastie Boys, but the music video made it extra special.

Another was "Cradle of Love" by Billy Idol.

Music videos have only ever made me like a song less. I've never seen a music video and then liked the song more afterwards.

That's too bad.

Being a teenager in the '80s, we got to experience the start of MTV. That's when they played music videos most of the time.

Music videos definitely helped the popularity of some artists. Michael Jackson maybe the most. Every video he made was a big deal.

I still enjoy watching Rock Block on MTV at times. Brings back a lot of good memories.

The BB's "Make some noise" video made me listen to the song multiple times, so I could see all who was in it: so many stars that just appear in this video, including someone providing more cowbell while rocking the "Fight for your right to party" outfits.

If it weren't for the video I probably would have never given this song a second listen. Not that it's bad or anything, it just isn't anything I would normally listen to at that time.
