We fared well, especially considering there were at least 3 car washes on the corners around us... in direct competition. It was beautiful weather... and when SGA and the FLOs and the other one 2%ed out... we caught their business

We stayed out till about 5:30 and debated staying longer... next time we'll make a 4-6 or so shift. We just didn't have the people and we didn't have the heart to make those that were still there stay for another hour or so.

It's not like we made thousands of dollars, but it was a step in the right direction (FINALLY, a fundraiser where we MADE money! ) Still have quite a long way to go before we can pay for this thing... So, be prepared to be asked to help out in several more events.

On a sidenote, if any girls are going to be here this summer during Fireman's week, please contact me. We're going to be doing a carwash then, most likely.
