I think it'd be a good idea if we all chipped in $10-20 for every day we're in the woods.

Student Bonfire isn't free, and if we're going to be participating and enjoying ourselves out there, we should support it, as we are the ones best in a position to do so.


Student Bonfire leadership: perhaps you should suggest a $10+ donation from all former students when they pass through the check-in point. It could be passive, in the form of a sign on or near the table.

Or, take a more active approach, and have one of the bigger upperclassmen stand near the check point with an axe.

That'$ a little extreme. Perhap$ it would be $uffi¢ient to give a few $ubtle reminder$.
