A&M is like a metaphor of "The Matrix." It seems like those of us who are fortunate enough to have experienced Student Bonfire have been opened up to what A&M used to be and should be. Sometimes I sit around campus, and as I watch people walk by, I see the majority of people wearing frat and sorority clothing, or even tu caps or t-shirts, or stuff from other schools. And all the while, most of them have not been awakened as to what Bonfire was/is about, and what it meant to be a "Fightin' Texas Aggie" for so many years. Sometimes I feel like I'm on the outside looking in when it comes to my own school. It's very sad, but it's good to know that with Aggie Student Bonfire, this feeling shouldn't be around for too long. I dunno, maybe I'm the only one who thinks this way.
