Sorry guys I know nothing at all about bonfire. My question is why is the student bonfire not on the night before the tu game?

It's not held on that night in an effort to prevent conflict with University sponsored events and allow as many people as possible to attend.

I don't think that the 8 pm t.u. yell practice was created as a trick to discourage Bonfire attendance, because it predates ASB by a year.

Not that it isn't convenient for the administration.
