I saw a lot of good things, I am very excited for next year. A lot of very good people were picked for leadership positions. This year was smooth, at least on our end. I imagine the leadership took a lot of friction to make it so smooth for everyone else. The injunction mess was insanity, but despite that stack got built. It was beautiful. If you didn't get to be there for stack, it was incredible watching it grow. It was incredible being out in the woods.

I want to thank all the leaders this year for making this happen. This is why I came to A&M, and this is the best example of what Aggies can do. You gave up your lives for a year. Soon you get them back, and a new group will pour their all into it for 2006.

Thanks for the 'thanks'. Even though I am a Dead Greypot, I still appreciate it when people see the work that the leadership (Grey, Green and Brown) does to pull this thing off.

Lew, you're not getting out of it so easy. I expect to see your butt in Hogs' woods next year.

Thanks to all the leadership, Greys, Browns and ESPECIALLY the Greens. BTHOB! BTHOtu!

Stack was absolutely gorgeous. You guys nailed it. Just take the next year to smooth over some of the logistical details.

Tremendous job by all those involved.

Speaking of Good Things, I'll just use this post to comment on the amount of support shown given the current situation. Given a lot of the negative comments a bickering in the weeks before I expected to see ASB raked across the coals once stack was extinguished.

It is very reassuring to see all the generosity and "attaboys" being handed out here. The Grays were very disappointed in the outcome; you could see it in their eyes. Once they recuperate from the last few months and realize that nobody feels like they let them down, they'll be shored up and their spirits lifted for next year.

Thanks guys

realize that nobody feels like they let them down

To go out to Burn on Saturday night and feel the sense of camaraderie from all the Bonfire guys that I met and the sense of excitement in the crowd brought me back to the Fall of my freshman year.

The Gray Pots and everyone involved in ASB are keeping a sacred tradition alive in the face of tremendous adversity. I can't tell you how much I appreciate what you all are doing.
