I don't really know because I haven't been told exactly, but there has been talk that the only way that it can be demolished is by burning it.

You know, I once saw the craziest thing... it was a big stack of logs burning the Thursday night before we played some piddly school that wears an ugly orange.

Pretty novel concept if you ask me

Load. Ready. Aim. Fire. Boom. REBURN!!!

Whatever the decision, she sure was beautiful watchin her the night before.

That's when the burn ban ends -- if it is not renewed because of continued drought conditions or cancelled because of significant rain

No decision will be made until ASB has a chance to present their case to the County Commissioners. IMO, the safest way to get it down is to burn it. I would not be surprised though if the CCs say it must wait until the ban is lifted or be manually dismantled. I hope the mechanical destruction can be avoided. There are just too may variables involved in that at this point.

If it must wait until the ban is lifted to be burnt, and that wait goes into mid December, then from a safety standpoint, someone will have to take shifts out there guarding the stack from the curious masses. Or, maybe someone has some security fence they can loan to fence off the stack until it's time to burn it.

If leadership would trust anyone to do it, I am not in the mood to study for a few more weeks...

Renewed it here in Bell also, but rain today and more in the forecast. IF it turned rainy, they can always lift it. But it is so dry, it will take days of rain.

We've had some rain, but the ban is still in place as far as I know.
