Hi everyone. Looking back there have been numerous threads about Christian dating and how hard it has become for both sexes.

In those threads, numerous people have chimed in about a grandson, daughter, friends etc that is well educated, clean cut, good morals, and single. I have a sister than meets these criteria and would like to play matchmaker if I can.

Any of you have someone you know in central Texas or really any city in texas (she's in north Austin) that fit the bill and maybe would want to be set up?

She's mid 30s, Catholic, Aggie, very involved in the church, and likes the outdoors. Figured than rather complain about it, I might try to do something. Thanks!

Good on you. I think more parents, friends, etc. should take an active role in helping facilitate solid pre-martial relationships. The dating scene in our culture is a cancer.

Will keep her in prayer!

Maybe coincidentally, I met with some young men at St. John Vianney (Round Rock TX) at a recent Lay Dominican monthly meeting that might be a match? One was a writer and the other an engineer. We got into a deep discussion on angels, free will, grace, and movies.

Thank you for the prayers and really appreciate you thinking of her. Sounds like a solid group.

If you run into them again and they seem open to it, could try to set something up. Haven't thought about how I'd mediate via the internet without her in the loop, but I'll cross that bridge when and if it comes. Haha.
