A joke. Elon is doing nothing but looking at data. He's deciding nothing.
Mere obstruction. They hate their corruption being exposed.
It's like watching drugs being taken suddenly away from an addict. The hard part hasn't even started yet but the mere prospect of withdrawal is driving them stark raving mad.Ellis Wyatt said:

Imagine resorting to lawfare to continue to screw the American people out of their tax dollars.will25u said:

Use the deep pockets of the FedGov to make them piss their money in the toilet. The DOJ has more money than all those *******s combined.sharpdressedman said:
Anti-Trump lawsuits are quewed up all the way to the horizon.
Lawfare continues to be the Dems' most effective weapon available for the preservation of their agenda, absent physically eliminating PDJT.

Disappointed Trump team wasn't ready for this.

Trump team needs a friendly AG in a red state in a friendly circuit to be ready to file suit against each Trump order

And, with the spigot of free money being turned off, a lot of these people and organizations that are suing are going to start having a hard time finding the funding for litigation.
This also means they have less money to do damage in other ways because they're having to spend their limited budgets on witch hunts...
They can't afford to. Follow the money and I bet 40-60% of dem donations are actually embezzled govt fundsjpb1999 said:Yep... so weird.Ellis Wyatt said:

Lawyer for NM says Musk is a "literal wrecking ball"
Chutkan is skeptical of urgency of an immediate restraining order.

Musk was appointed by the president.
That's the beginning and the end of the story.
They need to shut the **** up.
Chutkan is not buying the demand for extraordinary emergency relief. The states might have a case, she says, but not necessarily for an immediate restraiing order.

The states say Musk likes to work the weekend so he might cause harm this weeknd. Chutkan says that's not enough.
Chutkan may just put Trump in jail.SwigAg11 said:
Since it's Chutkan, I've just assumed she would enter a TRO. Would be very surprised otherwise.
