And the DC Circuit won't do anything. It is about as far left as the 9th. The Supreme Court will have to deal with it like everything else come from these leftist hack judges.

No. I most definitely do not agree with that statement. 1 mentally ill person can FUBAR a mission and get other soldiers killed.

Here's one thing that liberals just don't get.
Let's say she's right. Let's say that transgender don't hurt the military at all.

It's completely irrelevant to what she is supposed to be deciding. The judiciary job is not to second-guess the wisdom of what Congress or a president does. The judge is supposed to determine whether it is legal or not.


As for 9th circuit, it's not nearly as liberal as it once was. 10 Trump judges.

Every justice will say that these random federal judges have standing to stop action taken by the president.


The issue is which of the actions by the president the courts have the ability to stop, and how far that ability goes.


For example, Thomas has raised the issue of "nationwide" or "universal" injunctions. He believes that under the constitution, the judge can only enter an injunction as it applies to the parties in the case, not every person in the country.

So, in this case, the injunction would only apply to the six transgenders that filed the lawsuit (of course, Thomas would never enter in a junction in this case. I'm just using it as an example.)

I love that I could not join the military because I take a once daily thyroid medicine.. but some some freak taking drugs to attempt to change the sex they are outwardly presenting and/or getting sex change surgery, was actively recruited by the Biden administration to join.

Transgenderism is a mental illness…

I'm not arguing that these folks need to be locked in an asylum or that they should not be allowed to mutilate their own bodies, but military service only adds stress, and it's not good to be dealing with mental stresses only to add this on top of it…

And by all means, if you wanna go cut off your twig and berries, be my guest…as long as you are an adult and paying for it with your own money (not mine), feel free to mutilate away…

This is the argument

It's not their pronouns that's the issue

It's that our military doesn't accept anyone whose ability to be deployed is restricted by access to drugs be it thyroid, diabetes or in this case, hormones.

Dems want Trans to be a special protected class of soldier who can't be deployed and get their hormones and surgeries covered by the tax payer

That's completely unacceptable no matter how few of them there are

The solution is simple: if you are Trans and want to join the military you can not be on hormones, you will get no surgeries and you will wear the uniform and keep the grooming standards assigned to you by biological sex. You don't like it, then don't enlist because clearly the mission of killing people and breaking stuff is not for you if you can't sacrifice your need for your mental illness to be put first.

The Biden Pentagon even had to come out with a policy memo allowing these mental illness types to defer deployments for 300 days. That's what it's about. Combat effectiveness, mission readiness, and deployability. If you're mentally ill and/or hooked on getting hormone replacement therapy to play your pronoun game you're just not real likely to be deployable.

But I could never have been selected by Biden to be appointed to the ranks of morons 'he' put on the bench.

i would do whatever the democrats have done when a judge tried to slow down their agenda. whatever they did worked. if that means ignore than just ignore. if that means find another judge who will rule in your favor then do that. they sorted all least for years to employee their agenda why not do the same in dismantling it.

I'm not an attorney, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn last night, but with people like this judge, their religion of politics trumps logic. Every time.

This judge need to be removed, disbarred, and maybe learn to code.

It is obvious to me, this person is first of all, a liberal activist. Maybe somewhere secondary to that, she considers herself an attorney and judge. That does not make it so!. The problem is, control/correction of out of bounds judgements by this type of jurist is very slow and tedious.
