Graham isn't as bad as everyone says. He is not MAGA but he also isn't a RINO. Dude busted his ass on the mineral deal with Ukraine.

He also will do what Trump wants and usually goes all in with decisions the MAGA coalition present

During Biden he was a war monger but you try to make the best out of what you can. Chance to rid old equipment and rebuild new by supplying our old crap.

But he's a loyalist to Trump/MAGA and will do what they say and get behind it.

Graham must treat him with the utmost respect (to his face). Probably Trump's greatest weakness is to be fooled by people who are good to him.

Just be thankful he didn't make his SOS or AG, I was very concerned he would. Lindsey played the game and endorsed Trump early and this is his reward.

Graham is a loyalist to Graham and if you don't see that you haven't been paying attention. He endorsed Trump right out of the gate because he knew this would be the payoff. Remember all of the Trump rallies where Graham showed up and was booed. Graham is a weak Neocon that is a mediocre Judiciary Chair at best and makes Cornyn look conservative. He is also from one of the darkest Red states in the country where they could have a Lee or a Cruz or a Paul but instead they get guys like him because they know how to play this game. The only requirement to win in that state is to have an "R" next to your name.

I still remember Trump endorsing Mitt Romney the day after he announced in the GOP Primary too, that worked out great.

I get the political angle and why Trump is giving Graham his much needed cover for his endorsement because Graham endorsed him. Don't piss on my back and tell me it's raining though that Graham is something other than what he is and always has been.

I'm not sure it's dirty laundry as much as Graham and I'm sure Rubio would love that people keep forgetting they tried to destroy America with the gang of eight. Immigration is such a winning issue for republicans right now, I'm sure they don't want people to remember they used to be on the very wrong side of the issue.

Nobody talks about that anymore but Rubio and Graham teamed with McCain, Flake, and some of the worst democrats, including Schumer and Melendez, to try to legalize all illegals here with no path to stopping illegal immigration.

I prefer LG over Cornyn.

He wants to oust Massie and keep Graham.
