Isn't this the right venue though? This is the DC district court so isn't this how we want the courts to rule? I know there is tons of controversy over random other courts making nationwide injunctions, but this seems like the right venue regardless of whether we agree with the order.

I'd be willing to be most haven't actually read the order though. I am not up to speed on the case or the arguments, so I have no opinion on the outcome at this point.

As long as the administration isn't violating employment laws with downsizing personnel it isn't any courts "proper check" of how the Execute branch operates, in this regard.

Simple, move it to the north slope of Alaska.
