I don't pretend to know the Constitution better than Supreme Court justices. It is always possible that they made the wrong decision but I also know that I'm not trained as a lawyer.

He needs to consult with Thomas about who the next pick should be, not just his cabinet/family. Katsas is a guy Trump appointed and who clerked for Thomas, he'd be on my list again I think.

Regardless of how you feel about abortion on a personal level, its legality is a matter to be decided by the states. The federal government does not have the Constitutional power to force its legality nationally.

I won't click on those farcical publications, and didn't 'go off the rails' if that is your reference. Elections are about choices, and as usual the GOP is/was (always, fyi) the vastly better option for 2nd amendment protections, both in practice (ATF/administrative rulings) and long term (judicial nominees), regardless of 'well, that's not perfect' issues such as bump stocks.

Really, contrary arguments are just usually intended to suppress GOP/conservative turnout, imho.
