He's not wrong, but everyone already knows this. Just more red meat to occupy the legacy media while Trump continues to dismantle the deep state.

There are pollsters like that liar in Iowa who fabricated a poll to sway the vote. No serious person believed it, but the media reported it breathlessly to try to influence the election. Its fraud.

Does he want them investigated for election fraud? Or for publishing polls that portray him as being unliked?

All polls are unscientific gobbledygook.

But some are purposely forged into political fodder of negativity.

But all polls are bull**** . Full stop.

Yet, the only polls our president disputes and considers "criminal" are the ones that show him losing. Hmmm. What a mystery.

If the poll is bad for Trump is the standard he wants.
He's just mad a bunch of polls show his approval rating tanking rapidly.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. Is that the standard? Sure seems like across the board he is only fighting for accuracy and truth. People are so blinded to what that even is.

If we jailed every pollster, there would be no one left asking those leading questions.

The left does the vast majority of the polling. They are the vast majority of the major media corporations. They manufacture news and then report it ad nauseum. If they know it's fabricated, they are attempting to influence elections.

And, it's the question itself. When it's asked , how it's asked and how the framework is structured to presuppose how it gets answered.

Yeah. No. Rasmussen did an amazing job of predicting the dramatic movement to the right of nearly all polls during October. Why? Because none of them were ever trying to be accurate until they didn't have a choice in the closing weeks. She was never winning. Rasmussen predicted a 3 point EC win a month out while almost all of the rest were showing her with a substantial EC win. It's not a coincidence that the "right leaning" polls are the most accurate.

Basically, verbatim. We've all seen those montages of newscasters, in various locales, parroting the exact same talking point.

Same way that MAGA thinks elections are rigged, unless their guy wins, of course.

Looks like positive approval numbers coming out tomorrow from one of the few pollsters that actually nailed the 2024 election results. But yeah, keep pumping up those ABC/WaPO/Ipsos polls, they definitely aren't skewed at all.

If true, it seems like there would be a lucrative business opportunity for a good, accurate pollster.

Fraud? No. Notin the context of election fraud as voter fraud. Manipulation? Obviously. The problem is it is legal to be deceitful outside the bounds of a financial or contractual relationship. The media in all forms with leftist biases lied and censored furiously to manipulate the public but that's always been legal by and large. It should not have special government protection like sec 230 or the like.

In the end, caveat emptor, even with information

I would agree with regard to the media's role in censoring conservatives but a very clear line was crossed when we learned it was being coordinated by the government. That's illegal.

This is how the left advances its agenda. They use social engineering to facetiously over represent an issue or national opinion on an issue in order to change people's (particularly females) perspective, opinions, and behavior because they want feel included with the "majority" and not be ostracized.
Television shows, movies, and commercials: authority figures and STEM characters are over represented as minority and female while males are subservient and beta while LGBT are grossly over represented. Conservatives/conservatism always bad. Russia is always a threat, China never is.
News: stories are heavy with biased opinion and selective reporting.
Polls: biased left of center due to how questions are asked.

Why should we believe any polls coming from media sources where their coverage of Trump during his first 100 days is 92% negative? Do you think Trump really doesn't have anything positive to report on for so called media news sources?

Half the country sees through this media bull**** now. Their polls follow the same trail of bull**** as their reporting: if its a Republican, report the most negative angle on the story as possible or find the one person adversely affected by a policy and project that to an entire population; if its a Democrat, amplify the positive while suppressing the negative. Its that simple and been going on for decades now to sway public opinion.

I would imagine you dont actually believe the underlying premise of your argument that coverage regarding an individual that is 92% (or otherwise overwhelmingly negative) negative is defacto untrue. Would love Fox News' % ratings of Obama/Biden or the posts on this board about those two and any liberal.

It is a data point that can suggest bias but if so, needs to acknowledge the bias both ways.

Yeah were the polls very off this year? It was pretty much a toss up / within the margin of error and the popular vote was extremely close but there were lots of folks predicting a Trump win.

Don't forget that the vast majority don't understand the numbers and the moe that come with a poll. They all become "polling experts" just to tell you the one that has their guy winning is the most accurate because it is push polling or some other buzzword they heard somewhere. Hell, even the prediction markets were scorned as "inaccurate" because of outside influences in threads on F16 when they were trending away from DJT.

You still have people in this very thread saying certain polls must be trusted because they were accurate for the 2024 presidential election, even though they were within moe and a statistical toss up. AND those polls were not predictive in 2020.

Rasmussen and Atlas Intel were both within the MOE in 2020 and 2024 and both ultimately right on the winner. The problem with the rest of them is not just that they were wrong but they were wrong by a lot. A 3% delta between your poll and the actual election results is a lot. It might be within the margin but it's still a big miss. We now have three presidential elections where Trump has outperformed the media polls by about 3%. You'll have to forgive me for thinking that's more than just one hell of a coincidence.
