Couldn't help but to read about these Freak Offs and the disgusting abuse he perpetrated on his girlfriend, Cassie.

In your experts opinions, void of any emotion of course, what do you feel his punishments should be?

I personally think he should go to that Honduran prison and have said Freak Offs performed on him for the rest of his life…

I'm sure justice will prevail, just like the OJ case.

What sort of expert opinion you after?

I could probably opine equally on the law and my experience hosting freakoffs.

Whether it counts as expert or not is undetermined.

But yes, Diddy should endure pain greater than he inflicted and it should last a long long long time, on earth and the hereafter.

It's not the stuff with Cassie that is worst. We will know this trial is a sham if they don't get into the darker crime of the mind altering drugs he used on unsuspecting guests, including straight men. The Pill Cosby element of this story is yet to really hit the fan. Its the difference between questionable "lifestyle" parties and cold hard criminal activity that ranks just below child molestation.

However, that element opens a new can of worms, where drug sources then get investigated and a whole new ring of suspects and agencies get dragged in. We will see if that path is avoided as the defense will plea hard with prosecution to keep this in Harvey Weinstein territory, and not go full Pill Cosby.

Lastly, the "no homo" culture of many of the male victims may result in prosecution having a hard time building that case anyway. The drug element needs multiple victims to corroborate bc the defense will deny drugs were ever dispensed in a predatory manner, but were instead totally consensual. So ultimately that part of the case might be settled on streets, instead of in court.

I would go with a Caligula defense.

Lavish sex parties with drugs, alcohol, gay sex, not gay sex, murder, beatings and the like have been part of society since Roman times.

Diddy was just celebrating culture of the Romans.

Our moral qualms aside, there appears to be a big debate abound the issue of consent - these victims claim they consented to masochism.

Not defending it all, but it does seem that Cassie was a consenting participant - I mean she stayed with the guy for 10 years.

I have only paid superficial attention to the details, but I have heard enough. There is no way a woman would willing participate in such activity just to satisfy her sexual desire. She is either being forced against her will, hoping to benefit financially, or has suffered bad abuse in the past.

Final point on Caligula, Diddy can receive the same reward of being viciously stabbed to death (whilst rotting in prison or by someone on the street).

No place among humans for such monsters.

yes, she did consent at first. The argument is when did she stop consenting, as well as how much did the videos/pictures have to do with her being blackmailed into allowing it to happen.

I think the part that is somewhat overlooked in all of this is that she was a teenager when it started. He was the most famous music person in the world. She was doing whatever he asked early on imo simply to keep him happy in hopes it would further her career. Think about how naive a teenager is. He knew that. He controlled her and groomed her. Between the drugs, influence, pictures/videos she was trapped and stuck. She can say she was "in love" with him but she had know idea what that even meant.

It also needs to be remembered that while she is a key witness in this trial she wont be the only one that this cases hangs on. Will be curious to see how this unfolds over the next couple of months.

THIS. Not enough people focusing on the fact that he was drugging people with euphoria inducing, memory erasing psychadelics. That's the part that makes it scary and pushes it way past just pressuring or rewarding people for sexual acts. It's what monsters do. Wouldn't be surprised if the drugging element was largely how he got his kicks.

LOL would be hilarious if they went this route and basically blamed it all on the "harmful influences of white supremacy". Liberal insanity knows no bounds.
