Jack Smith tells lawmakers his team developed 'proof beyond a reasonable doubt' against Trump

So, does this pave the way for additional lawfare against Trump in 2029? And, if there is irrefutable proof that Trump broke the law, why wouldn't they push for resignation or removal? If there's such damning evidence, surely they can finally get an impeachment conviction?

Jack Smith still seems to be unaware of the Presidential Records Act if he is going back to the M-A-L raid and empty documents folders stored with Time magazines, hats and Melania's panties.

And Trump has immunity for anything he did as POTUS. Smith, for being some famed legal ace, seems to poorly understand our laws, Constitution and system of government.

Interesting that Smith's assertion of a "criminal conspiracy" to overturn an election in 2020 was not only considered a lawful process of questioning the integrity of an election in prior elections, but was a NECESSARY contitutional predicate for curing a fraudulent election.

The question has never been whether Trump tried to overturn the electors sent to DC, but rather whether he believed those electors were a product of fraud, and whether they in fact were.

He's attempting to sell past the issue by blasting right past the question of the election's legitimacy and jumping up and down on Trump's response.
