Just wanted to cross post this thread taken from Premium made by Ronnie Woodard for those that may not be able to see it since Moore Trucker occasionally posted here on F16.

Wanted to let the board know that Ron Nail c/o '81, aka MooreTrucker, passed away on Thursday. He loved Texas A&M, the Aggie Band, and interacting with everyone here on TexAgs. He will be greatly missed.

If so inclined, contributions to the Texas Aggie Band Association can be made here with a one-time gift note in honor of Ronald James Nail '81.

I didn't know Ron, but I knew his parents. Great people. His dad was an Aggie, too...maybe class of 49. Can't quite remember. Loved hearing his old stories about A&M. Now I'm the one telling old stories.

Yep. Life goes by way too fast, but it sounds like he has a great family and more importantly, knew Jesus as his Savior.

As heated as it gets over here sometimes, this sure helps keep it in perspective. It's also a blessing to have a community of fellow Ags to go through life with, even if it's mostly over a keyboard.
