TM at it again. This time with a many thousands word long emotive dump mad because tamu admin and alums and texan politicians are being so hard on leftist cultural issues.

Its basically a batt article, gussied up with Texas monthly's degrading clout, thats angry many/most of the alumni reject trans ideology, drag shows and other leftist cause and have the gall to do something about it when it impacts our school.

But what about all of those empowerment factories that open up all the time? Who will staff them?

No mention of the fact that Welsh got caught in a bald faced lie when he denied prior knowledge of the leftist political points being pushed in the children's literature class.

No acknowledgment whatsoever that there ARE, in fact, staff members and students who are very actively trying to embed their leftist agenda into any part of the school that they can, rather than simply being earnest folks pursuing higher education in its purest form.

Absolutely nothing new here and did not even include the more recent stories about The Rudder Association helping end "transgender medicine" on campus, the transgender restroom scandal on the quad and our debunking of the media's "Plato ban" lie. Sent this joker two emails and several documents containing official statements from TheRudderAssociation.org on the topics of interest to him which he did not use at all. When he realized I wasn't going to provide him any soundbites with which to stereotype us he ghosted. "Afraid of the future". My red a**. He's just afraid we ARE the future. And we are! Academia betrayed our trust and now public universities will serve the public again. The Rudder Association annual meeting will be February 28 featuring Chancellor Hegar, Senator Mayes Middleton and Lt Gen Bierman. Hope to see you there.
