Wheelchair guy named Jerry is supposedly a disabled vet. Other guy is known as Spider Mike and claims he was just standing there when Jerry tried to run him over. Unknown how Jerry is doing.

As for people in wheelchairs, I expect the wheelchair user to know how to use their device.

So, with that being said, if someone is coming at me and is not stopping, and is inches away from hitting me with their "I'm handi-capable" device, yeah, I'm treating them just like this guy did, only worse. All this poor victim got was slammed on his back when nothing would have happened to him had he not done what he did.

Be a tough guy taking out somebody in a wheelchair if you want, but it probably won't end well for you in court. He didn't try to just stop him... he became the aggressor and took him out. A man in a wheelchair, sheesh.

Do you take out everybody in a crowded airport who's coming right at you? Including people in wheelchairs? I don't. Sometimes it frustrates me, but I move left or right and life goes on.

Wheelchair guy was at fault for the initial collision, going too damn fast through a crowded area.

Big guy should be arrested for assault, because after the initial crash, he purposefully threw wheelchair guy over backwards. Listen to the audio, he could have recovered from the crash with both upright, but he got angry and attacked wheelchair guy.

Also looked like wheelchair is unconscious or dead.

I thought everyone had an obligation to jump out of the way of a moving vehicle, and let it pass unharmed. That would seem particularly applicable to Spider-Man.
