Looking into CA fraud will be easy because I know at least the FBI knows all of the democratic local, state and federal politicians committing crimes are but have been told by DOJ and other influential folks to stand down and look away.

Like I said I know a half dozen or so agents who are chomping at the bit to roll up and start carrying boxes out on some politicians.

Minnesota shouldn't have been stealing from taxpayers. Now they can pay the money back directly to those that need the money instead of those laundering money.

The Fed government needs to claw back all of the funds that were granted illegal waivers.

Ifnits federal fraud, and it is, not only do you go after those who perpetrated the fraud but all the government employees who assisted. Most will be low level staff who did as instructed, so offer them a plea deal to work up the chain. The audit them hell out of them and see who left government to go work for said firms.

People will flip pretty quickly if facing federal jail and will rat out anyone to save their own skin.

I looked this up. section 1115 Medicaid waivers are determined and approved by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Seems like we just need to get Vance to give RFK a call, and RFK could claim that 100% of the waivers under 1115 are terminated at the end of the year, and any state seeking to keep their waiver intact needs to re-apply.

Curious to how much the Waltz's banked on those diagnoses. For some reason Minnesota has one of the highest identified rates of autism in the US, with recent data (2024) showing 1 in 18 (5.56%) 8-year-olds identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), substantially higher than the national average of 1 in 31 (3.2%).
