Ruled yesterday that parents would likely succeed in there their legal fight with California schools. Schools wanted to deny parents knowledge of their children's' gender id changes - for instance use of pronouns or "social transitions" such as assuming an alternative gender.

Only a temporary stay, but the writing is on the wall -- 7 vs 2 vote.

Big win for team Trump here, let's hope a couple of the senior judges retire so he can appoint new ones.

Oh - and eff state bureaucrats who don't think parents should know if their kids are buying into all the trans stuff. I suspect many start down this path or are encouraged to stay on it exactly because of liberal teachers' indoctrination.

In the eyes of the law the parents/guardians are the responsible party, up 18 years. To withhold information from the parents, on the welfare of their childern, is negligence. Is this not the case?

Do you understand how evil the left are. They literally want to usurp the main catalyst and bonding agent of Western Civilization - the family. Those ****ers want to make the school aka daddy government have more information and decision making ability regarding children than their parents.

Not exactly the same but can you imagine if a teacher was secretly teaching Christian beliefs to some kid without their parents knowing? They would lose their minds.

Only because it is magnitudes less destructive. That this is acceptable in even one parents brain blows my mind. Nice to see some sanity in the courts.

I hope they rule not only must the parents be notified, but go a couple steps further and at a minimum must declare that they must also receive parental consent.

Better yet, declare gender affirmation to be medical treatment for a mental disorder and require all the schools facilities and employees to obtain all requisite medical certifications and segregate the patients from the non-patients.

Honestly, we don't need the 3 lib justices. We don't. Just have placeholders. Their decision can be genned by AI. Just tell AI to generate a ruling that has nothing to do with the constitution or case law and to rule based on far left insane woke feelings and "what would Marx do?".
