So no, I don't want to hear about how things were worse before. That is not an excuse for raising kids with no discipline. Get your kid under control. This isn't complicated. Huge problem in DC with teens from the rougher areas riding into DC and trying to create chaos in certain areas.

To put this in perspective, the Democratic Party primary for mayor is largely between two candidates: a Mamdani type and a typical liberal.

The city has also transitioned from a majority black city to a majority Hispanic/White…so the dynamics are interesting.
