As part of the settlement, the California Coastal Commission acknowledged its members made "improper" statements about Musk's political beliefs at a 2024 hearing on SpaceX's Falcon 9 launch program.

They basically gave Musk a ration of crap for being too political, while delaying his project for political reasons.

This seems like a win for the good guys.

The California Coastal Commission. I believe that this the same board roasted by Adam Carolla after the Malibu fires which he predicted would be a big impediment to redevelopment.
