Is "The Camp of the Saints" the next dystopian novel to become recognized as prophetic?

I admit I haven't read the book, but I think I will be ordering it soon. Curious if anyone here has ever heard of it and/or read it? Apparently, it has been banned by Amazon in the past for being "racist" and "insensitive" so it can be hard to get (currently available). In contrast, the video points out you can still get Mein Kampf.

Written in the early 1970s, it describes a mass migration event to Europe. It describes the Europeans as so self-loathing they do nothing to turn the tide despite the countless warnings. The book discussed how media apparatuses work to frame the narrative and suppress opposing views. It details schoolteachers using their positions to indoctrinate the youth. The youth then protest calling anyone with alternative views "Racist" and "Fascist". In the end, the native Frenchmen flee the homes and vineyards that their ancestors defended to the death from Barbary Pirates only a Century or two before. Their cities are lost to the mob and descend into anarchy. Seems like the Author could not have been more spot on.

Never heard of it. It's in my Amazon cart now. Thanks for the heads up!

I read a book in 1984 about the Lady Aggie Dance Team performing on the sidelines of Kyle Field during football games. That would be one helluva prophecy if that ever comes true.

Come to think of it, the OD's do kind of remind me of a Chorus Line. They just need to work on their kicks a little more.

Yes, I read it about 10 years ago.

It's been discussed from time to time on this site.

Yes, it's very prophetic.

Be careful where you read it. The loony left that are aware of it equate it to Mein Kampf.

Amazon link

That should go to the paperback for $24. It might popup on the audiobook version, but you can click on the book option if you want paper like me.

I heard of it about 6 months ago. The fact that the Left hates it made me want it even more.

It made me wonder if the globalists read it and thought oh that will work, let's do it.

Well, when the UK looked at the choice between Camp of the Saints and 1984, they said, "Let's do both!".

I'm tempted to ask my local library to get it and see what they say.

If you concede to them the Kyle sidelines, soon they will demand the Olsen dugouts ...

Preface from the book...

Quote:

I HAD WANTED TO WRITE a lengthy preface to explain my position
and show that this is no wild-eyed dream; that even if the specific
action, symbolic as it is, may seem farfetched, the fact remains that
we are inevitably heading for something of the sort. We need only
glance at the awesome population figures predicted for the year
2000, i.e., twenty-eight years from now: seven billion people, only
nine hundred million of whom will be white.

But what good would it do?

I should at least point out, though, that many of the texts I have
put into my characters' mouths or penseditorials, speeches, pasto-
ral letters, laws, news stories, statements of every descriptionare,
in fact, authentic. Perhaps the reader will spot them as they go by.
In terms of the fictional situation I have presented, they become all
the more revealing.

It was required reading during my junior year English high school class in the late 1960's. All of you should have been required to read it.

My son wanted it for Christmas last year. We ordered it and I am just now reading it. WOW. It is as prophetic and terrifying as 1984 and Pat Buchanan's Death of the West. Liberal elites are a cancer. I hate them with every fiber of my being. There are VERY dark times ahead for this planet due to the weakness of the West.

It was written in 1972. You should be required to share your flux capacitor.

lol! You might want to double check that. The book was written in 1949. Once again, everyone needs to read the book.

ETA: I am referring to the book 1984 that is referenced above. I got off track a little on what was being discussed.
