Looks as though a senior level employee with the Washington Nationals got caught spilling the beans in a James O'Keefe sting. These lefties always fall for honey pots....

Anyways - the Nationals employee bragged about discriminating against Christian players, specifically targeting Trevor Williams and others. Talked about how he is implementing pro-communist ideology in the organization. And how they are creating LGBTQ only segregated meetings.

Trevor Williams may have a case here against the Nationals and perhaps even MLB. Appears to be a violation of Title VII.

The MLB Players union has an obligation to also act as well here.

If this is verified, this guy should be fired immediately, the nationals fined heavily by mlb, and the nationals should lose their first round picks in the next two years. Then every team should be given a warning to expunge similar activities within their organizations or face harsher penalties if they are discovered.

The only reason for a legitimate use of survelliance systems like what the Nationals are using on customers is to assess genuine security risks and it should ONLY be happening under the eye of law enforcement that can be held accountable by the public. Which means even casinos should stop this crap too.

Your employers (if sufficient large) have all probably contracted an their party to go to data services and purchasedcopies of your political posts, your pr0n preferences, your purchase habits, your credit and financing history, your comments about drug use while on vacation, etc. it all depends on how they manage to use a layer or two of "third parties" to analyze and and rate and flag it so they can use it to evaluate you as a person without possessing it directly, which is a much greater legal risk.

Why do you think that a business can't record and observe you on their property? Only cops can use security & become gatekeepers of info?

That's kind of weird and I'm sure that will work out well.

I watch the 1st Amendment Auditors on YouTube and the funniest are when they record outside of a bank from the sidewalk. The bank customers and managers all come out and yell and argue that the auditors can't film people without their permission while ignoring the fact the bank has dozens of cameras recording their customers and employees every move.
