Unprofessional behavior including having loud sex with a high-ranking law enforcement officer in chambers, attending a partisan political event, and lying about it to superior court judges. But it's all okay because the committee is going to protect the identity of the judge so long as they write letters of apology to six former law clerks who had to listen to their sex sessions.

Absolutely insane that this judge is not being publicly named. All sorts of conflicts of interest. Who was the law enforcement officer? Shouldn't defense attorneys be aware of this so they can ask for recusal in the future? Are they protecting this judge from impeachment?
If you are going to appoint someone for life and give them almost unbridled power to do whatever they want, you have to demand the highest of moral and ethical behavior.

Certainly cannot say the investigation wasn't thorough. Not only did they subpoena video footage and electronic communications, they conducted experiments within similar chambers to determine whether noises could be heard from the outside and seized couch cushions for DNA testing.
