The only just punishment for someone who is convicted of hurting children is a swift execution.

But having his balls cut off and spending much of life in prison is acceptable, especially if they toss him into general pop.

True, but you'd have to factor in the transport costs with fuel prices being what they are. I mean, millstones ain't light. 9mm hollow points can be had for less than a buck per round. The pedo population could be decreased by 100~115 for a single benjamin. Hell, with gov't contracts and discounts, you might could get 150~160.
