Houston Public Media has an ax to grind and is a lib rag, but I'm surprised no one posted this. In some ways I feel for these Muslim folks who have been Republican for years and got this treatment, but starting a CAIR chapter is a pretty big thing and pretending Sharia Law isn't a thing is either lying or having your head in the sand.

This is the way you need to deal with muslims. They don't belong if they start a CAIR chapter or believe in sharia. Most do even if they don't say it out loud anyway.

Most likely fake imo. Liberals may practice Taqiyya to an even greater degree than the muslims. Lying is actually noble and one of the cornerstones of the liberal faith...as long as it advances the cause/agenda.

I'd stop short of saying CAIR's designation as a terrorist organization by the state of Texas is dubious, but the fact that the federal government has still never designated them as such makes me think it must not be a slam dunk.

Have you met the government? It's communists up and down. The Texas "GOP" is inundated with them.

If they truly believe there's a plot for Muslims to gain a meaningful demographic foothold in the United States, then maybe they should? Just as a matter of future electoral importance.
