Hi, I'm an incoming freshman who I applied for housing last night (late ik) and was put on the housing waitlist. Does anyone here have experience being on the waitlist and how likely will it be that I will get a spot on campus? Should I start looking for off campus housing? Thanks.

Line up off campus housing as a back up. Off campus is better anyway.

I agree with the former, disagree with the latter. Living on campus as a Freshman has tremendous value.

Live on campus, if possible. You'll meet a lot of people that will be your friends for 4 years, if not longer.

I regret not living on campus.

Same.

Live on campus. I know that lots of people put housing deposits down for their kids before the kids actually committed to A&M, so there is a chance.

Looks like the official tours only do the commons and Hullabaloo
