I'm pretty sure you established your residency by living in the state of Texas for 36 months prior to her enrollment. If anything, remove your address as the permanent address on her account and they will never know.

1. Did she graduate from HS in TX?

If yes, she is a TX resident

2. How would anyone at A&M know ow you've moved unless you tell them?
