One individual averages 20 complaints per day and has been filing for years.
Biden Admin sets new record for total complaints, many bathroom related.

Without actually knowing it, I think it isn't just Libs trying to get trans boys into women's restrooms and dressing areas but also Cons now filing for protection of women under Title 9.
And the schools getting caught in the middle.

That person sounds like either a paid 'activist' who's job revolves around just boilerplating as many complaints as possible, or someone who has found a loophole they hope to be able to benefit from personally, maybe by a lawsuit payoff or something of that nature.

Reminds me of a tale we heard at a conference a few years ago. We're you aware that companies are/were required to have websites with ADA compliance like it would redirect to a site that was audible for the hearing impaired, or had brighter, bigger text or something for visually impaired. There were individuals who would just scour the internet for business sites, that weren't complaint (hint, it's 99% of them) and then sue the business. More often than not, it's not the deep pocketed Amazons and Walmarts of the world, they have enough compliance people on staff to keep up with this stuff. It was your local landscaper or burger joint, who didn't use their site much (pre-Covid) and may have even forgot they ever registered it, much less had it ADA compliant.

About that time, I twice saw a small group of disabled people riding CapMetro in Austin and talking about how they were looking for businesses that were deficient in some way so that they could file a complaint and share a settlement with a lawyer they all knew.
A third time, I was on the bus and one of that group was raising hell because the driver had supposedly failed to stop exactly where asked. He was shouting and threatening to sue and when the driver said that a relief van was on the way to take him wherever he wanted, he yelled "NO - TOO LATE" !
As I got off, I handed the driver a note offering myself as witness that no intentional discrimination had been committed, and that in my opinion the complainant was a paid ambulance chaser...never heard anything back and have not seen anyone from that group in years...possibly because the city quit doing free fare for disabled riders.
