I work for a software company with offices in Houston, Dallas, Midland & Denver that caters to Oil and Gas E&P companies. We are looking to add a person with O&G Production experience to our Support/Business Analyst team immediately and may be looking to add another later in the year. The preference at the moment is to place these individuals in Houston or Denver but if you are a good candidate any location can be open. I have worked for this company for a little over 3 years now. Since then I have recruited 4 Ags via Texags that were hired and I would like to add more.

The support team wears many hats. There are aspects of customer support, software implementation, training, QA, project development & implementation, consulting, etc... There will be some travel required in this position.
At a minimum you must have...
- 5+ years experience with O&G Upstream Production
- Basic understanding of databases and a general ability to learn/explain software functionality
- Ability and willingness to travel (25ish %)
Huge plus if you have...
- Experience with our software
- Experience with a competitor's software
- Consulting, software support/training experience
To be successful in this role you must be able to multitask, communicate well, work well in a team oriented environment, be a self starter and show initiative.
