I've posted several times before about my company and it is time for a new installment. We are growing tremendously to meet demands from existing, new and potential clients. I've heard recently that we have actually had to turn perspective clients away because we don't have the man power to implement them all right now. Because of that we are on the lookout for smart hard working individuals to help grow the company and I am always on the lookout for ways to increase the Aggie presence within the organization. I have worked for this company for a little over 4 years now. Since then I have recruited 6 Ags via Texags that were hired and I would like to add more.

I work for a software company with offices in Houston, Dallas, Midland & Denver that caters to Oil and Gas E&P companies. And we are currently looking for individuals for soon to be opened offices in OKC and Tulsa. We have several positions available (see listing below). The preference at the moment seems to be placing these individuals in Houston, OKC or Tulsa but if you are a good candidate any location can be open. The listings on our website do not reflect Oklahoma as that office is in the works but in the last month we have hired 3 in OKC and 1 in Tulsa.

In general we are looking for people that meet one or more of the following profiles...

1. 5+ yrs Upstream O&G experience. Experience with our or competitor software is a huge plus.
2. High level of SQL, Sharepoint, .Net, SSRS, SSAS, etc...
3. 5+ yrs software training, QA, implementation, support, consulting, etc...

If you are interested in any of the positions listed or just the company in general (we may have positions available that are not listed), please contact me via PM or email (in my profile) before submitting so I can review your resume, give pointers and help make sure you get submitted to the right people.

If you have questions feel free to post, PM or email.

FYI, you've turned away prospective clients, not perspective ones.

Also, for anyone reading, I have a brother at Enertia. He started out as a lease analyst for an O&G company and made the switch awhile back. He loves it and is really happy there. It is well worth a look.

Damn grammar nazi

Your brother is a good kid and is fitting in well. Funny thing is I originally referred him from one of these posts on Texags. He was interviewed but management decided he was a little green at the time. 2 yrs later he was referred by another guy he had worked with whom also ended up at Enertia via a Texags connection.

I'm not sure he's who you're thinking of. I'm fairly certain he did not interview with Enertia two years ago, but he may not have told me about it. Did the guy you're thinking of come from BHP Billiton?

Watchlisted: I've always seen your posts & don't think I've ever actually submitted my resume. Strongly considering putting my name in the hat. Been doing .Net dev consulting for over 6yrs now & looking to move into O&G

I may be wrong about him interviewing before but I think we are. Initials DP?

Now is the time to do it. Best to get in while they are on a hiring kick. We have 2 options for .Net developers. One is more of a technical business analyst and the other an application developer. I think they are starting all of them out as a technical BA so they can get a feel for the industry and code.

Yeah that's him. He really likes it. He says it's challenging sometimes but in a very good way. He's learned a lot by being there. I'm glad he's well thought of.

If I had a bit more relevant experience, I'd throw my hat in too. From what I know from my brother, it's definitely worth a look neomoon.

Good deal. I think we just hired 1 Denver person and I'm sure they would like a few others to fill out the office.

Started new hire training this week for 10 people (yes I said 10!!!) including a guy I referred from Texags and I'm hearing that we are still looking to add more. If you are interested I would suggest getting your name in quickly so you don't miss any cutoff.
