Join a premier MEP-focused construction firm with a strong presence on a national scale, specializing in complex plumbing and piping projects. We are seeking a skilled BIM Piping Detailer/Modeler to create detailed, constructible models that support project teams throughout the design, construction, and installation phases. This role will be integral to the success of large-scale MEP projects across various sectors, including commercial and institutional construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop constructible models for DWV (Drain, Waste, Vent), mechanical piping, plumbing, and process piping systems.
- Collaborate with project teams, including project managers, field supervision, fabrication teams, and field installation teams.
- Attend coordination meetings with clients and provide technical support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless design integration.
- Prepare finalized models for fabrication spooling and generate shop drawings for field installations.
- Create TFL files for field layout and assist with the creation of Revit families as needed.
- Uphold high standards of quality in all deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

- Strong proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Must have exposure in either piping or plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and participate in BIM coordination processes.
