Typical workflow for a project.
Establish equipment scheduled using MS Project based on project equipment list and contract schedule dates for shipment.
PO gets issued for equipment. Project controls tracks equipment with vendor for updates, milestone payments, bidding out freight, coordinating arrival at project site with the field. Feeding all data and information back to project manager and project team throughout.
