- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience in construction, or a similar industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Perform on-site estimation (OSRs) by gathering field notes, taking photographs, and documenting assets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Knowledge of industry-standard cost estimation tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Primarily remote, with required travel for on-site property reviews.
- Must be comfortable with occasional overnight travel.
