Hiring for a Plant Manager position in Dallas Texas. (Already working with a recruiting agency, so please no recruiters) Figured I'd toss a line out to the Aggie Network.
The plant manufactures a variety of products, including ETO packaged pump systems, water filtration systems, & control panels, as well as higher volume sheet metal and medium voltage power products. Most all fabrication is onsite, with a mix of fabrication, powder coating, and assembly.
Casting a wide net here looking for the right candidate. Previous plant management experience is not required, but I do think a successful candidate should have some experience working in an industry on tangible products.
The role will report directly to executive leadership and oversee roughly 12 supervisors & ~250 production employees, as well as either manage or be very integrated with the scheduling, manufacturing engineering, and controls departments.
If anyone here is interested in more information, please email texagslonestarag17@gmail.com with any questions and I can coordinate further from there.
