My wife (also an Aggie) is a P.E. and works for an environmental consulting firm that has offices in all three states. She does Title V work in Texas. Are you recruiting for your team or are you looking to subcontract?

I have a buddy that might be interested. He has a masters and title v experience, but is not a PE. Would you consider?

And, is this a remote position? Where is the office where the employee will report? I saw where you listed project location. Are there offices there or something?
