We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician (MEP) to join our growing team in the College Station surrounding area. This role focuses primarily on plumbing systems within high-rise and mid-rise commercial construction, including student housing and high-end senior living facilities. - Develop and maintain detailed MEP models in Autodesk Revit (plumbing focus)
- Produce coordinated shop drawings, layouts, and spool drawings
- Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings (Navisworks)
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and architectural teams
- Update models based on RFIs and field changes
- Extract quantities and assist with material take-offs
- Support project teams throughout design and construction phases
- 2+ years of BIM modeling experience (MEP preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Understanding of plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas)
- Ability to interpret construction drawings
- Experience on high-rise commercial projects
- Knowledge of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 standards
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
