I don't care one way or another about Carolina. I just think it's absurd that the nfl is still allowing sub-500 teams to host a playoff game.

Panthers hanging around even with the two turnovers. Rams are another team that can't seem to consistently play up to their talent level. I wouldn't be surprised to see them in the Super Bowl and I wouldn't be totally shocked if they end up losing today.

Why throw the ball away on 4th down. He had nothing so why not chunk it high and far downfield. Hope for a catch or interception and tackle at that point.

I mean I guess they could have called time out after one of those 4 incomplete passes. Don't think it would have made sense to call them when the Rams had the ball at the 25 with a 4 point lead.

The Rams hang on to beat the Panthers 34-31 in a thrilling shootout game. It's amazing how the Panthers head coach Dave Canales did not use one of his 3 timeouts in the 2nd half. He could have called one or two timeouts on the Ram's go-ahead touchdown drive to give his defense a break or two.
