$10 entry fee. League operates as normal dynasty league until an owner wins their 2nd championship. Half the buy in each year goes into the repeat winner prize that builds until the 2nd championship is won and goes to that winner.
Once that is triggered, the league goes into re dispersal where every team selects 4 keepers and everyone else goes into a dispersal draft.
