Just signed up for Directv Stream and having major issues.
Can watch fine on a phone or computer but when I try to watch on a brand new Roku Ultra the DTV app spins and spins after I log in and then gives me "We had an issue retrieving this content; we weren't able to load this content. Please give us a moment and try again".
Roku and DirectTV have been no help and have said no idea whats going on all the way to its a known issue from Oct 25th but no idea when it will be fixed.
I then tried to validate ESPN app so could watch on TV with my Directv creditials; and got an invalid password message when I went there (100% was right password).
When I go to log in on Directv's own site it asks if I want to manage my AT&T account or Directtv; so I'm wondering if somehow an issue with me having the same email for AT&T and Directv and it's causing some database issues or something. Seems like that would happen to tons of people though.
