My wife wants a new computer. She has a MacBook Air that has really slowed down lately. She uses the computer for work and browsing the internet. She doesnt do any gaming. Is a refurbished MacBook worth exploring based on her needs?
Bonus: products bought from apple's refurbished store qualify for AppleCare as well.Aggie_Boomin 21 said:
Probably depends on where you buy it from. If it's from the Apple refurbished site I'd say absolutely.
Secinded have done this a few times. They come fully warrantied.Aggie_Boomin 21 said:

At this point the M1 is going on 2 generations back though, while it'll still be fine for everyday work I'd lean towards future proofing a bit with a newer model. Great deal if it fits your needs though.Crispin Torque said:
Best Buy has some nice discounts on brand new MacBooks right now. An M1 Air is $750 right now. Cheaper than the refurb by $100.
