Netflix Audio Issues

We recently got a new Frame TV. As of now, we're just using the TV speakers.

But when we play Netflix via AppleTV we're getting a weird audio issue. The audio seems like it almost mutes every second or so. Sorry for the poor explanation, not really sure how else to describe it.

But if we watch Prime, ESPN, etc. via the AppleTV we don't have the issue.

If we watch Netflix via the built in TV app we don't have the issue. So we've basically pinpointed it to Netflix on the AppleTV.

Since we can watch it via the TV, not a huge deal, but prefer the AppleTV interface...

Anyone ever experience this before?

Look for the auto volume adjust setting. Turn it off and see if that fixes the problem. Just had to help a buddy out with this on a new Hisense TV. Everything else was fine, but when we would watch Thursday Night Football on Prime, the auto volume control and the auto dimming features would go crazy. Disabled both and that fixed the problem.

I assume the audio is going over HDMI to the TV? Maybe there is a compatibility problem there. I'd check the TV's audio settings to see what setting might be there that might help. I'd also suggest trying a different HDMI cable - suggest trying one of these from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TQTYCYS

Also, make sure the firmware on your TV is updated to most recent.

Otherwise maybe post your problem on avsforum - try finding a thread dedicated to that TV.
