Google domains...squarespace....workspace...what a disaster...

How long do you want to ignore this user?
I registered a couple of domains over the past many years through google. One of them runs my business and my email systems. The other is largely useless. I want to remove that one, but google, at one time said it was somehow linked or a 'parent' domain and if I did, it would disrupt my email for my working domain. This makes no sense to me. Fast forward, squarespace now handles this and through the miraculous disaster of 'you can't speak to a person', I managed to find a means of deleting it. However, it says if its connected to workspace, then it will mess up the emails. I don't know what to do, and I don't know who to contact, and these two companies are somehow the same but not really.

I also need to purchase another domain for my other business. What's the best way to get this sorted? Can I talk to a person some how?

That sounds like a mess. I run a couple domains for a not profit that we got thru google years. The main one is .org but also .com points to the first site. The email all goes through the first one but I have always kept .com going. I was worried when it all moved to square space but haven't had any issues yet. Just got the first bill.

It's easy for someone that knows what they are doing. I just can't fathom why I can't get a human on the phone at Google. It used to be possible. Instead of having me speak to someone for 10 minutes, we'll go back and forth over email for 2 years instead. It's ridiculous.
