Trouble connecting to EA servers on PS5

I recently bought a PS5 and when I try to play an EA sports game it keeps telling me that it can't connect to the server. The internet connection is good so I'm not sure what to do. I'm really stupid when it comes to this kind of stuff so I'm sure it's an easy fix. Any help is appreciated.

I think it just may be due to an overloaded server. I have a PS5 as well and got the same error.
